Requirements
- Excellent university grades, preferably with a doctorate or MBA
- Experience in management / project management
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, result oriented fashion
- Exception understanding of markets, people and companies
- Entrepreneurial attitude and high motivation to perform well
- Exceptional maturity, relational and interpersonal skills and team spirit
